Rooted in simplicity and depth, this experience invites you to look beyond the layers of identity, listen inward and come home to what's real - through honest self-inquiry, intimate human connection, and the power of conscious community.

We have been taught for generations to choose security, invest in stability and rely on structures and institutions to show us the right way.
Luckily, we are moving into a new world, where intuition goes hand in hand with logic, where your unique way of seeing reality and serving from authentic gifts are more valued than a certain skill set, where personal truth is as essential as a common wellbeing.
Yet, between fast paced life, daily routine, uncertainty of the future, personal fears and limitations imposed by rigid environment, upbringing and our past stories, it is easy to disconnect from the heart, feel stuck, doubt your power, hold back from expressing your truth and settle for less, although knowing that life has so much more to offer.
We want to invite you to pause. Feel the quiet. Listen inward. Focus on yourself first, then meet another in a vulnerable presence, being held by the community with shared purpose. Let the true voice whisper the guidance, let your connections become a mirror, let a greater force show a path of service.

I.Reconnect with Inner Truth
This is your space to listen inward and meet yourself honestly — beyond the layers. See what is left, when we drop the need to wear any masks, maintain a certain identity or fulfill an expectation. Here we remember how to feel safe when we come undressed, unarmed, led by an open heart and a true inner voice. Wrapping our flaws with compassion and forgiveness, releasing shame and guilt, we create space for expansion and authentic expression.
II. Learn to Truly Meet Others
Once you look someone in the eyes long enough in silence, you will never forget their soul. Through shared presence, vulnerability, intentional practices and energy work, we discover how to meet each other from a deeper, more authentic place. Brought together not by accident, but for a reason, we learn how to treat every encounter as a destined opportunity for transformation and build meaningful, life-changing connections.

The only requirement is to be willing to look deep inside, being witnessed and serve as a mirror for transformation. We walk you through the journey gently and softly regardless whether you are an experienced practitioner or curious beginner.

The most comfortable and quick way to get to The ARK is to arrive at Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose and take a local flight to Cobano Airport. We organize a private pick-up from and to the Cobano Airport.

We expect a diverse group between genders and ages of 8-12 participants. We recommend taking a space for yourself for a deep journey within. However the experience can be shared with a partner and create a deeper level of trust, alignment and authentic connection. Retreat is open for anyone 18+, but if you arrive with younger kids we can help you sort out a separate accommodation.

It’s low to mid 80s Fahrenheit (27-30°C) during the day, and can get more fresh after sunset or early mornings. You are welcome to bring a sweater, comfortable light pants for evenings that can protect you from insects as well. While November marks the transition into the dry season, some rainfall is still possible. We will provide you with a full packing guide upon your confirmation of participation.

Yes, you are very welcome to arrive earlier and stay longer, and we are happy to arrange a separate accommodation for these days as well as recommend activities, places and restaurants in the area.

Yes, we will have a plant-based menu, which can be adapted to any additional requirements and restrictions. We prioritize physical wellbeing during the retreat, so our meals are structured in a way to be a nurturing support for your body - to have optimal amounts of energy and nutrients, while maintaining lightness and presence. Abundant brunch and early dinner are supported with juices, fruits and healthy snacks during the day.

We recommend arriving earlier or leaving later in order to enjoy additional touristic experiences or healing therapies. However, we will have free time between sessions in the agenda where personal healing practices can be arranged during the retreat.

To ensure safety of the container and depth of the experience for all the participants, every detail of the journey matters. Thereby, we kindly encourage you to apply only if you are able to attend complete 7 days of the retreat, including Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

If you are feeling ready to apply, please fill in our application form.
We will reach out to you for a private interview and intention setting call as we want to make sure that TRUE is the right space for you, prepare you for the retreat and for you to be able to ask any further questions. Once you are confirmed, we will follow up with the full invoice package, all logistical details and preparations. We ask you to pay a deposit (or in full) within a week after receiving the invoice.
