After spending years working in marketing across different corporations and multinationals, Megane decided to take a different and more intentional path, to work in deeper alignment with her values. She directed her talents to projects that truly matter, making a positive impact on people and the planet.

Today, Megane focuses on marketing for purpose-driven initiatives, helping meaningful projects reach the audiences they deserve, with authenticity, care, and heart.

Micaela Bordes - Events & Administration

Micaela is passionate about creating meaningful moments and fostering strong connections. With a background in event production and customer service, she has worked in some of Argentina’s most prestigious hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. She now seeks to apply her expertise to organizing gatherings that feel centered on genuine connections. In addition to event planning, she manages administrative operations at The ARK, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency. Micaela brings her organizational skills and warm approach to create spaces where people can truly connect and thrive.

Evgenia Berestneva - Content Creator & Experience Designer

Eve is a purpose-driven creative and artist, passionate about visual storytelling and experiential design. With 10+ years in NGO and social projects worldwide—focused on youth, leadership, and sustainability—she supports initiatives that foster autonomy, regeneration, and community. In 2015, she left an office-based life for a two-year bicycle journey through Latin America, later becoming a hospitality entrepreneur and evolved from graphic design into painting. Today, her love for art, spirituality, and personal growth finds expression in immersive transformative experiences and collaborative art projects.

Adriana Moya - Architect

Adriana is The Ark’s architect, and as a Costa Rican, she understands the local processes and knows how to guide residents with ease and clarity. She supports everything from design ideas to the full building journey, helping people feel confident when choosing professionals, handling permits, and developing their plans. When it’s the right fit, she also designs the project herself, bringing her holistic approach to architecture.
