She oversees the work of designers, copywriters, photographers, and filmmakers to ensure cohesive and compelling narratives. Her expertise extends to developing and executing communication strategies that elevate brand presence.

She now seeks to apply her expertise to organizing gatherings that feel centered on genuine connections. In addition to event planning, she manages administrative operations at The ARK, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency. Micaela brings her organizational skills and warm approach to create spaces where people can truly connect and thrive.

Juan Pablo is supporting The ARK with his broad experience in finance and accounting, having worked on many large-scale projects throughout his career, collaborating with companies in Central and South America.
