At The ARK, your opportunity to shape our community as a founding member is drawing close with only 5 lots remaining. These select parcels start from 5000 m2 (1,2 acres), priced from $60 per m2, and come with 0.4% preferential shares in The ARK Management.
Each lot is equipped with solar electricity to ensure you never worry about electricity bills, along with access to public water. To preserve our land’s vital water resources and maintain sustainable water infrastructure, individual wells are not permitted at The ARK.
