Nestled on 80 hectares atop the hills of Santa Teresa, The ARK is located just 1.63 km from the beach, standing at an elevation of 197 meters above sea level. With two entrances, the property is easily accessible without the need for 4x4 cars, ensuring a convenient commute to all neighboring villages.
The land is lush and vibrant, and our 6-hectare permaculture farm serves as the heart of the project. This farm not only provides organic food at your doorstep but also offers medicinal herbs and organic products crafted from our harvests.
Within The ARK's expansive 93-lot development, 5 lots are allocated for community amenities. To date, 20 lots have been sold, leaving 68 available for those looking to build their dream home. Importantly, the next 8 lots sold will grant the buyers the esteemed status of founding members. This distinction comes with: the lowest land prices available, complimentary lifetime access to all amenities, substantial discounts on classes and farm produce, along with other significant benefits.
